Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Sugandh. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges prior to placing your order.

General Policy

Due to the cosmetic and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final once delivered. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges. To ensure you love your fragrance before committing to a full-sized bottle, we highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Set first.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, we may authorize a replacement upon review. Please note that we do not issue monetary refunds.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@houseofsugandh.com with the following information:

• Full Name

• Order ID

• A brief description of the damage

• Clear photographic evidence of the damaged item

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@houseofsugandh.com. The incorrect product must remain unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

• House of Sugandh will evaluate the condition of the returned item prior to dispatching the correct replacement.

• Monetary refunds will not be issued for incorrect shipments; a replacement will be provided.

Please Note: Any claims submitted after the 24-hour delivery window will not be eligible for evaluation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
